Excellant blog this guy published, Mr. Aroune. I feel that Jeff Whiple is trying to express how important it is to give opinions and is also showing a lesson that we can all learn from this. The poor penguin didn't deserver the outsider's feeling of loneliness but deserves recognition and should be respected above all else.
